Hi, I’m Frankie, founder of The Annex.

I started this little business in 2021 during lockdown, working from my own annex. What began as a creative escape quickly turned into something much bigger and after spending weekends at markets, shows, and fayre’s, I took the leap and opened my first full-time pop-up at Castle Mall in Norwich in 2022. A year later, we moved into Chapelfield Shopping Mall, and things have only grown from there.

Today, we have two shops, a wonderful team of seven, and our products are stocked in stores across the UK, something I never imagined when I was pouring candles in my kitchen!

At The Annex, everything is handmade locally here in Norfolk. I’ve always been passionate about using natural, sustainable ingredients and creating beautiful home fragrances that people genuinely love. Whether it’s a candle, diffuser, or room spray, every product is made with care, intention, and a lot of love.

I’m so proud of how far we’ve come, and even more excited about where we’re headed. Thank you for being a part of this journey, I truly couldn’t do it without our amazing customers.
